Panther Time:

Panther Time is our daily student passion period — a time students earn through positive choices and engagement throughout the day. Activities include art, cooking, crafts, and sports such as basketball, soccer, and swimming. It’s a joyful way for students to explore their interests, build community, and end the day with purpose.

Clubs and Councils:

Clubs let students dive into what they love — from Girl Gaming and Esports to Lego Club and STEAM projects. Each club offers hands-on fun, collaboration, and creativity, helping students grow as thinkers, teammates, and innovators.

MLS has an elected Student Council with representation from each classroom. Our council coordinates school-wide events, such as food drives to support local charities. Participation provides opportunity to build teamwork and leadership skills.

Each classroom has a Student Ambassador to greet visitors and potential students and their families. This student also assists new students on their first day at MLS and reviews the Panther Playbook with the help of classroom staff.
